[SOLVED] Big green "1" appears on the screen

Hi, I have a problem here: when I try to drag an internet window on my desktop then it doesn't want to stay still when I release it with the cursor. It goes back to full screen instead. If I crash the window, a large green "1" also appears on the screen. I recently bought a new monitor and there was no problem with the old monitor. And i'm using a single monitor.
Do I need to change anything in Windows settings? Thanks for the help!

what version of windows are you on? If 10, have you looked in settings/system/display and seen which monitor windows thinks its attached to.

Did you ever install monitor drivers for the old monitor?
