Question big wattage psu in low consumption pc, any risk?

Hi, is there a problem or risk if I put a 1000w psu on my pc that uses less than 400w?

a very good offer show up in my country, it is a Seasonic FOCUS GX-1000w gold (SSR-1000FX) , it is at the same price as a corsair rm850x

this is now my pc running with an old sentey sdp-750-SS:

i5 10400f
z490
32gb (2x16) ddr4 3200mhz
gtx 1070
1tb hdd 7200rpm
1 nvme m2 500gb

in the future I will update the cpu and the gpu with maybe a rtx 4060 or 4080

No risk.
A psu operates most efficiently in the middle range of it's capability so you may be operating less efficiently.
That is not a biggie.
Considering the quality and 1000w of the seasonic, I would take it in a heartbeat.
