when i try to run GTA5 it shows BinkW64.DLL file is installed in the windows or windows system directory - It must be installed in the application directory" then it shows "Error Code (0xc0000142)"
Any solution for this

the BINK2W64 error is a result of pirating the game, no one will bother helping you

if game is legit, run game executable with -verify -noChunkedDownload parameters

i download it on steam after that i press play but it not working so i run file game on disk C and then the error happen

AFAIK, if you got it through Steam, it must be played through Steam.

okay then, open steam library, right click GTA5 from library view and select properties -> local files
and here verify integrity of game files
