So I flashed a Non-K BIOS on my GIGABYTE GA-Z170-HD3P paired with i5-6600, played with it for few days, got a solid OC to 4,4G on CPU and 3G on RAM and after I switched my RAM modules for different ones to OC them, for hours I couldn't get an OC by a single MHz by BCLK. After them wasted hours, I noticed the problem - the BIOS was back on version 5, instead of 5g, which is the Non-K one.
I noticed the MB has 2 BIOS chips, one propably for a backup one, so it must have restored (or switched) the original one without me even knowing or noticing. Have you got any idea how to switch them or to prevent this in the future? The manual says nothing.
