Question BIOS Legacy?

Hi .. correct me if i am wrong but i guess that my BIOS is considered Legacy? I am using Win 10, it has been a while i didnt switch ON the PC as im waiting for the RAM replacement parts to arrive. However tonight i switched it ON to check on the files inside

Then i found out that it wont boot, it keeps on restarting because of BSoD, missing files

i tried to repair windows but then it wont detect my USB to boot from it, i already changed all the settings so i can boot from USB but no avail.. what is wrong here? is there a setting should i pick so my USB can be booted for legacy BIOS?

im trying to use system restore at the from the 9th June 20 at the moment to see if it works

Have you resolved this? Are you able to get into BIOS at all?
