Make sure to plug your HDMI/VGA cables into the GPU not motherboard.
I tried it and still no luck. Hmm...
Are you clicking your BIOS key?
Thanks for the info above. I'm actually not sure what the BIOS key is for this motherboard, but I'm not even prompted for it. The monitor stays dark and after a minute or two says there's no connection.
Remove your GPU from the motherboard and use the video ports on the motherboard. If that works then you may have a faulty GPU.
Still nothing, should I try reinstalling the CPU, see if it's all aligned well? I'm not sure what else to do.
Are there any debug lights on your motherboard?
Your motherboard says on its manufacturers page, it supports only DDR4 2133mhz memory.
You have 2400mhz, this could be a problem.
I didn't see any lights and the manual doesn't mention any. About the RAM - I noticed that too, unfortunately only after my purchase, though pcpartpicker didn't mention a problem. And I'm checking what other people are saying - they say that any higher RAM speed won't matter, the motherboard will just use the lower of the two speeds.
This guy - https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/4tob1h/h110mitxac_motherboards_builtin_wifi_not_working/ - has even faster RAM with the same motherboard so this shouldn't be a problem?
