I just bought an ASRock B450M Steel Legend for my Ryzen 3 2200G and on it's box it says
"Ryzen 5000 ready"

So I assume that the motherboard is using the latest bios since my system won't boot to bios.
So how can I flash the bios if my system does not boot?
do I need the repair shop to flashback it?

And on the website the bios I want to flashback says like this:

Version 2.50
Update AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.3

* Please install "AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.50.16.01_WHQL" or a later version before updating to this BIOS.

**User will not able to flash previous BIOS once upgrading to this BIOS version.

can I still update to the latest bios if someday I decided to upgrade my CPU to a 5th gen Ryzen?

If you look here;
https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/b450m steel legend/#BIOS1
it says that BIOS version 3.60 is when Ryzen 5000 series processors and APU's are supported. So no, you don't have support for Ryzen 5000 series processors, yet.

You can flash the BIOS to the latest version but you will need to pay attention to the BIOS notes before working your way up and no you shouldn't just jump top the latest BIOS.

I'm confused, you should be able to get POST and into BIOS with what you currently have, even if you're on the latest BIOS version.

So how can I flash the bios if my system does not boot?
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. You might want to look for a sticker atop of the BIOS chip and see if there's mention of the BIOS version that the board came with.

Ram: 16 gb lpx corsair
SSD/HDD:

on the asrock website say : *ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPU is being used on your system.
for higher version bios 2.50, so I assume ryzen 2200g won't compatible with the bios for 5000 gen cpu? since ryzen 3 2200g is raven ridge.
