Bios question for p4c800 dlx

Running 512 megs of Corsair pc3200LL XMS series memory. Matched pair. Timed at 2.0-2-2-6-4 on a p4c800 deluxe motherboard. Running beta bios 1008.04 and im only getting abour 4600mb/sec bandwith as opposed to the 5000 mb/sec bandwith i should be seeing, (and have seen previously in the 1007 series bios) Can anyone give me an idea of waht sorta bios settings i may have missed to make my memory run that much slower? Or how i should have my bios set period? Thanks.

Just out of curiousity, how are you measuring the bandwidth? And is there any way to see the timings without going into the BIOS and using the manual setup? (My system is currently just using the "by SPD" mode.)

ASUS mobos cant read SPD timings, i am using sisoft sandra to do my bandwith testing.
