I asked this in a other sub category and didn't get many answers.

My bios has an option to auto set the voltage to compensate for any overclocking. My motherboard is a GA-970A-D3. I'm just making sure, but if I leave this option set to Auto will it take care of itself? Here is a pic of the option in my Bios: http://i.imgur.com/5Azy8.jpg

Hi and welcome to Tom's forum.

The "Auto" voltage usually works without problems but usually use more power and voltage than you really need. You can leave it on "Auto" without problems, but changing to manual and looking for the low stable voltage will give you better temps and low power use.

Appreciate it. Just lowered my voltage to about 1.375 and OC'd to 3.6. Trying it out and seems fine so far. Thank you
