I am trying to ensure I haven't looked over anything egregious in my BIOS setup with my new rig. It has been too many years since I did a build and I'm seeing hitching in Windows 11 when I alt tab.
ASUS ROG STRIX Z690 F
i5-13600k 3.5GHz
64GB (2x 32GB) DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) Timing 30-36-36-96
RTX 3070 TI
2x WD_Black SN850X NVMe M.2 2280 2TB Internal SSD
All software is up to date, if there is a video or screenshots of best settings to look at I would greatly appreciate it. Or could I possibly be dealing with the new 13th gen issues Intel chips are having?
