Everytime I boot my PC up (not restarting) the BIOS seems to reset and I have to manually enable my XMP for my ram and also makes the boot time alot longer making the SSD useless. This has been happening for about two months, the problem seemHeled to come out of nowhere.
Here are my specs:
CPU: i7 7700K
MOTHERBOARD: ROG Strix Z270H Gaming
RAM: Corsair 2x8 DDR4 - 2133 (goes up to 2666MHz)
GPU: Inno 3D GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: XFX XT 500W
CASE: Phanteks Eclipse P300
Connections to Computer:
Razer Blackwidow 2014 TE
Logitec G502
Ethernet
BlueSnowball Mic
Output:
Displayport (Main)
HDMI (Second)
DVI to HDMI (3rd - the one that it displays the screen below on and the bios.)
Maybe this screen helps?

Solution
Replace the CMOS battery(while the system is powered down and disconnected from the wall) and see if the issue persist with a fresh CMOS battery/cell. How old is the PSU?

The buildn't hasn't been changed since it was built, around OCT 2017. When replacing the CMOS battery would the jumper be involed in anyway? I don't fully understand the purpose of it yet as I only know the CMOS stores bios and some other minor settings. I also appretiate the fast response.

Turn OFF the PC, unplug it from the wall, take out the old CR-2032 battery, and put in a new one.

After that turn ON the PC, go to BIOS set everything as you need, Save and Exit and the issue should be fixed.

No need to touch any jumper.

Likely your cmos 2032 battery has died and can no longer hold any bios settings across a power off.
As above unplug everything and replace the battery.
If you have access to a voltmeter, test the old battery. It is a 3volt battery.
If you see much less, you will have confirmed that the battery is the issue.
You might also test the new battery to confirm that you have a good new one.

Thank you, that saves some hastle. Though I have just read my motherboard manual and it's under that graphics card, which is rather annoying.
