Question Bios settings won't save

I have ASRock AB350M Pro4 and I have tried to disable "Core performance boost". However, the setting won't apply after I shut down my PC or restart it. I have to manually disable it everytime. Does anyone know how to fix?

Does it apply to all setting or only this particular one ?

I have not changed anything else in the bios, so I wouldn't really know. I have overclocked my cpu before and settings would save, but this one would not apply to my PC after I restart my PC.

Reason why I asked is because a depleted bios battery will in most cases cause settings to not be saved. Have a look in the bios menu anyway to see if there are somewhere that battery voltage is shown.
