Question Bios starts up with weird colors

Hello, so i just built my first PC and everything is going smoothly, however sometimes when i reset or during the boot of my pc my bios flashes and looks completely messed up. Nothing else us wrong that i can tell the other displays are fine, everything is up to date all drivers and windows updates. I have the MSI mag b650 tomahawk Wifi with a Ryzen 5 7600x with with an xtx swifter 7900 gre. Does anyone know what this could be caused buy?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

The psu is a corsair rm1000 gold80+, corsair vengeance ddr5 ran 32 gigabytes, with a I Tb nvme as my storage an inland nvme from microcenter.

Here is what I am seeing. But nothing else looks like this, windows is working great at 1080p uhd it’s super crisp and smooth everywhere else

So I figured out it was when I enabled A-Xmas and boosted my ram too it’s 6000 mhz advertised. So I went back down and fixed it but why is it happening and can I fix it
