Question BIOS update file won't show up on Q-Flash

I'm trying to update the BIOS on a friend's computer, the motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H and we put the latest version of the BIOS (which is F51) on a USB drive.

But when we go to update it through Q-Flash, the update file does not show up in the USB menu, only System Volume Information.

We've tried plugging it in the back, we've tried using Efiflash, nothing worked.

What do we do to get the update file to show?

Did you extract or unzip the file in the usb drive?

For that board, you MUST update to some previous versions first. You can't go to the latest in one shot.

F50 requires F40
F40 requires F32
F30 requires chipset 18.50.16.01

I recently did exactly this on this same board.

What version is it on now?

For that board, you MUST update to some previous versions first. You can't go to the latest in one shot.

F40 requires F32
F30 requires chipset 18.50.16.01

I recently did exactly this on this same board.

The current version is F50 and im trying to update to F51
