When I click on the ASUSTek link I get:
Server Error in '/support' Application.

I'm using Mozilla. I suspect they want me to accept a cookie or
something. Advice? Thanks.

Asus web site get me a headache sometimes!
But I have no problems today using Windows XP SP2 and Internet Explorer.
Turn your question to Mozilla forums please, I had never used it.
