It needs at least BIOS 1201. So it depends on what it shipped with. It may or may not have the correct version.

I didn't see any mention of a CPU-less update. So you must have a compatible CPU to perform the update. As you can't update the BIOS without a supported CPU.

For Ryzen 5 3600 & 3600X at least BIOS version 1201 is needed. This version was released in May 2019 and so, if you bough your mobo much later, then 3600 is probably already supported -you can easy check if your BIOS is version 1201 or above.
