[SOLVED] bit confused in txm and rm series psu

i am a bit confused in txm and rm psu series
evga and seasonic are not available in my country

my pc specs - ryzen 7 3700x
1660 super
samsung 970 evo nvme 500gb0 ssd
gskill 16gb rgb 3200mhz ram
nzxt h510

confused in - corsair 650w txm semi modular psu
and - corsair rm650 fully modular
THERE IS NOT A MAJOR PRICE DIFFERENCE IN THESE

Because they are very similarly placed.

The TX is well, semi-modular meaning it has detachable cables for everything besides the 8pin EPS cpu connector and the 24pin 12volt connector.
The RM has everything detached.

They are both 80+ gold and are very similar.
I'm pretty sure the RM is a slightly better model with a tiny bit better capacitors to reduce aging, but again, that might just be me making stuff up. they are very similar.
