Question Black artifacts on my monitor after PC crash ?

My PCshut down because the electricity went down in my house. After power was restored I'm now seeing black artifacts on my screen, any reason why ?

SSD/HDD: Samsung 990 Pro SSD

Chassis: Lian Li o11 Dynamic Evo XL
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: Asus XG27ACS

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Might want to open up GPU-Z and see if there are any zero(0)'s showing up in some or most fields. Also go into Device Manager and see if the discrete GPU is flagged with a yellow exclamation mark and an error code 43.
