I just recently got a new RX 5700 DD Ultra GPU. I used DDU to wipe my previous NVIDIA drivers and clean installed the latest recommended drivers for the RX 5700. However, during some menus in game, like in Rainbow Six Siege, I see some black artifacts/flickering, but never during actual gameplay, just in the menu. Is this driver related or is something wrong with my GPU? I'm assuming it's driver related because it only happens in the menu of some games, but I just want to make sure.
Also, games like Rainbow Six Siege experience low GPU usage. I'm trying to achieve 144 fps constant but for some reason I'm seeing drops below that, and changing settings doesn't seem to have a difference on fps. I'm also guessing this is driver related but again, just want to confirm. Playing at 1080p which I know might be an obvious cause but I thought I'd at least be able to push 144 fps on medium/low settings but instead of getting higher frames the card just works less. Thanks.
