Black/Green Windows Fix

Hey guys I spilled some milk in my keyboard last night. I was in the process of cleaning it out, but I left my PC on and was pressing a lot of my keyboard keys. My windows works and I can still log in just fine, but windows looks like it has reverted back to windows 2000 display settings. Can anyone help?

I just solved this on my own, I'll leave it up in case anyone else has the same issue. Throw my keyboard smashing I somehow turned on high contrast mode. I just went in to my "Color & high contrast" Settings and turned it off from there.
