Black screen,3 beeps(1 long 2 short)

Greetings ,I bought faulty GTX 690 very cheap.When I put it in PC,card fan spins normally,and it starts to become warm after 5-6min,but PC won't boot and it will give me 1 long 2 short beeps,which indicates display failure. Since card looks brand new,has no burn marks and cooler was never dismantled,what could possibly go wrong with it so I can tell the repair shop to look for(GPU chip,VRMs,memory?)

1 long 2 short indicates a monitor or a display card error
look up on google ow to fix a gpu card the oven method. not guaranteed to work but u can try it

Thanks for the info,as I said earlier I do not plan to bake it since I am planing to give it to a professional repair company, I just want know what could be faulty. If memory is faulty,it would give me artifacts,if vrms are faulty,it wouldn't even turn on,what could have gone wrong from the problem I mentioned above,since temps didn't exceed around 80c.
