Question Black Screen after BIOS Splash

Hey everyone, I just had this problem once I updated Adrenalin Drivers of my GPU so I went and update my Processor next but when I switched to my Processor, when I was logging in, it just became frozen so I restarted it by clicking the restart button on my case but after that it just wont go past the BIOS Splash, everytime it gets past the BIOS Splash, it always puts a black screen, how do I fix this? This only happens when I use the Processor and not the GPU (Switching HDMI Cable from GPU to Processor).

Things I tried:
-Reflashing BIOS
-Resetting BIOS Settings
-Using different cable (VGA)

The integrated CPU graphics output won't work until you physically remove the AMD graphics card.

It will still work, I used it before, anyways I did remove the GPU too then reset BIOS settings but it doesn't change anything.

So monitor won't work on either of the graphics processors?

Only works when I use the Discrete GPU

Do you think I should uninstall the drivers of it using DDU and see if anything happens? Is it worth a shot?
