Question Black screen after enabling Secure Boot and enrolling PK keys ?

I tried enabling Secure Boot and enrolled the PK keys as the prompt told me to, but after reboot the PC gives a black screen.

I have tried resetting the CMOS and shorting the 2 CMOS pins but still the same issue. There are no beeps or anything either, i have the mobo speaker installed.

Odd thing i noticed is that my RGB AMD cooler just shifts from color to color and sometimes changes brightness, instead of the normal animation.

Specs are:

Mobo: B450 S2H
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
GPU: RX 590
RAM: 16GB DDR4

Have you tried reinstalling the bios using q-flash?
