Question Black Screen After GPU Bios Flash

Hi
I have an rx 580 as a secondary gpu, which i flashed the bios and now my pc won't start, only a black screen appears, not even bios show up.
I have onother gpu (my primary), that are connected to monitor and when i disconnect the rx 580 the pc start normally.
I saved the original bios but i cant start the pc with the rx 580 connected to flash the bios.
I already tried to start the pc with the rx 580 connected but without the 8 pin power supply connected, but the gpu is not detected.
What can i do?

!!! Avoid hotplugging stuff, you will potentially damage stuff.
You could use my guide, that would be easy to do with a clip. The flash chip is most likely on the back, easily accessible, no disassembly is required in that case. Ask questions if any.

I've already managed to boot windows with the gpu turned on, but now the gpu doesn't show up in the device manager.
What can i do?

Without having the card recognized, you cant write anything to it using its own SPI. The external tool will still do.
