Okay, so I will make it as specific as possible.
I wanted to preinstall a PC, I made a bootable USB flash drive, then I entered the BIOS, but the UEFI utility was Asrock which I've never seen before. I tried to make the settings to boot the Windows 10. I but the flash drive on first place and didn't happen anything, tried a few times and nothing. After that I saw there where options to disable or enable the CD/ROM and HDD I disabled them both and left only the flash drive. After restart it displayed something like "insert bootable device and press any key" it didn't work. So tried a few times again and nothing. So I decided to try Reset PC from Windows 10 Settings it started the reset it took like a few hours and after it was ready the first thing that opened was the BIOS menu and there in the Boot menu was missing the CD/ROM and the HDD as it was before. I thought it will be okay if I don't do anything which was a stupid decision. After that I clicked "Save changes and exit" and the PC was running but the screen was black. All I remember is that I forgot to enable the CD/ROM or the HDD in the Boot settings. So PC running, no video input on the screen, keyboard not working, mouse working.

I've search many forums but nothing helped. I hope someone could help me out of this mess.

Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Given that this is an ASRock board, the BIOS layout should technically be the same as all the other board makers(except for EVGA). You might want to go into BIOS and check the BOOT menu. Once you get back to us on the baord's make and model we can state what the hotkey for choosing boot menu is.

If you can't get into BIOS, try removing the CMOS battery and replace it after 15 mins.

I can't tell you all the specifics it's not my PC and now I can't check anything.
As far as i remember the
CPU: Intel i3
Motherboard: ASRock i don't know the model
HDD: 1TB
RAM: 4 or 8GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro

But anyway I can't reach the BIOS at all. Only black screen.
I will reseting it from the CMOS battery and I will catch you up with the results.

So I removed the CMOS battery as you said and it's fine now.
Thank you.
