Question Black screen -> comesback -> programs not working

When playing games, at certain times after launching a game or mid gameplay, My leds for my kb/m and my monitors both turn black and then come back and load (Similar to when you have a power black out for like a milisecond and your pc shutsdown but then comes back like it didnt turn off) but the games I had or the videos I had open were completely white or black screen and unresponsive display wise. Could hear and perform stuff but the display was just either white or black. Only solution is to restart the program / video. Is this like a power problems? or a GPU problem? (RTX 2070) I kinda thought it was a power problem because my kb/m leds are affected too. The only thing I noticed was that the the only thing different in my Task is the game which has high power usage. I have no idea what the problem is, it just started about 2-3 days ago. I thought it was a graphics driver a little later after thinking it was the PSU, but a reinstallation of drivers via Geforce experience didn't fix anything. (videos that I have up also turn into white/black screen aswell unless I refresh the page)
To make 100% sure it wasn't graphic drivers, I uninstalled fully from device manager, and installed from geforce experience, will update if its fixed. SO, its not fixed, was playing DbD and the black screen happened, and the game gave me an error so I'm guessing thats something to go off?

Ram - 32Gigs of Corsair ram at 3000mhz

MOBO - Asus Prime x470-pro

PSU - Corsair CX 550M 550watt

Can you check and see what BIOS version you're on for your motherboard at the time of writing? You might want to also see if the issue crops up with a donor PSU that is higher in terms of build quality(sourced from a friend or neighbor). What version of Windows 10 are you on at the time of writing? Ideally you should be on version 21H1. In order to uninstall your GPU drivers, you're advised to use DDU, then reboot, then reinstall your GPU drivers with the latest sourced from Nvidia's support site. When reinstalling any and/or all drivers, you should install them in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I'm at 5007, probably gonna update to latest right now. A PSU would be really hard to get from someone not to mention the work to hook it up so hopefully I can avoid that if its possible. I'm on 21H1. Ill keep the GPU driver thing in mind after this is done. While looking in my Event Viewer, I get an Event ID 14, which I think is the problem?? which I found a thread for.
