Question Black screen, Fans at max speed

My PC has been giving me this problem for a while now and it's completely random. The PC stops displaying any image and I hear the sound of a USB device being unplugged. The screen goes completely black and the PC's fans start spinning at max speed. My keyboard still works though, as I can still play and pause youtube videos etc. I've checked the temperatures and they're pretty much normal, with CPU temps at around 50 Celsius while gaming and GPU temps at around 65. It's most likely not a problem with the power supply either because I've already changed it and the problem remains.

My specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450M
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Ti Duke edition
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 16gb ram
PSU: Corsair CV650 Power supply

How old is your power supply?

I suggest you verify all the psu cables are still securely pulgged in.

I got it brand new but it didn't fix the issue
