[SOLVED] Black Screen : Fresh New Build

This week i have built my dream PC.

It started up just fine everything turned on and then it hit the windows black screen with just a blue windows logo. My mouse and keyboard both work. But it will just sit there and run my pc till it gets a little warm almost like its running a game. I just don't know what to do.

Somebody help pls.

I have a windows usb and it wont even let me boot into the setup for windows. But i can boot and get into bios and everything. But it just goes to the black screen with the blue windows logo.

Try using Microsoft Media Creation tool for a new Windows 10 kit on USB.
