[SOLVED] Black screen in place of splash screen and BIOS despite reset, Windows 10 boots normally

Hello. I was going to configure something in BIOS of my MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon, but to my surprise neither the splash screen nor the BIOS appeared. Windows 10 boots up normally so it appeared at first as if it simply "skipped" the splash screen and went straight for the OS. I realized that I could enter BIOS by pressing Delete, waiting a while and then resetting it (F6 and then F10), which made it reboot. The black screen remains, however, despite the bios reset.

Specs:
MSI B350 GAMING PRO CARBON
Ryzen 5 1600
G.Skill Ripjaws V (8GB×2 @3200mhz)
GTX 1060 6GB
Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME SSD, 500gb
LITEON SSD, 128gb
2x WD Blue HDDs (1TB and 500GB)

Any help appreciated!
