Question Black Screen (Monitor OFF) including my RGB Keyboard and Mouse while my fans and GPU still ON

Good Day Everyone!

I'm hoping you guys can help me with my problem in my build pc. while playing games, etc. my Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse sudden off after a noise. i have a

CPU: RYZEN 5 2600X with Wraith Spire Cooler
MOBO: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK
RAM: Team T.Force 2x8GB DDR4 2666 Delta RGB Black Single stick
GPU: ASUS TUF Gaming X3 AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Overclocked 8G GDDR6 HDMI DisplayPort Gaming Graphics Card (TUF 3-RX5700XT-O8G-GAMING)
SSD: Tammuz M740 256GB M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 NVMe 1.3 High Performance
HDD: 2 HDD (1TB and 500gb)
PSU: Seasonic FOCUS Plus Series SSR-850FX 850W 80+ Gold ATX12V & EPS12V Full Modular 120mm FDB Fan Compact 140 mm Size Power Supply
FANS: 6 FANS
Monitor: AOC I2280SWD 21.5" IPS DVI/VGA Monitor (Black)

I already tried to updated my bios and other drivers, retur it to old drivers. i really dont know whats the problem. . i build it this April 2019, only the gpu replace this month and PSU coz i thought they cause the issue but still having this problem. Hoping you guys can help me.

Done what you suggest but still having the issue. I dont know if it help but every time the monitor off the cpu led light in motherboard is light (RED)

Does the keyboard/mouse turn off as in no power? if so then most likely psu or mobo as gpu wouldnt affect keyboard and if cpu was dead then it most likely wouldnt start at all
