Question Black screen no display when turning on but once in a few attempts works

Hello,
Upgraded motherboard and CPU to MSI pro B660m-a ddr4 motherboard & Intel i5 12400f.
Reinstalled Windows 10 but been getting black screen with "no signal" message. But LED on RAM, GPU lights up, lights also goes on with keyboard /mouse and motherboard. Also pc sometimes shuts down with a tap of the power button while some other time I need to hold for few seconds.
This happened from before reinstalling windows.

Pc also sometimes randomly shuts down on its own and when this happens pc runs smoothly on next attempt.

I have tested the monitor on laptop and works fine. Also tested the display port CABLE (Mainly used) and hdmi cable (back up cable) and they both get "no signal" with the exception of when there was a random self shutdown.

GPU is MSI Geforce rtx 3060ti Gaming Trio X, 1year 3months old
Psu is Corsair Rm750x 1year old
RAM is Trident Z Neo 2x8gb 3200 cl16 purchased 1 week before motherboard and CPU.

Other components are
1TB crucial.M.2 Pcie SSD
128GB plextor SSD
4TB segate HDD
2TB WD HDD
2 Noctua 1400mm case fan
3 case fan that came with Lian Li Lancool 2 mesh case

I have the same issue but now it's having no display power button not working happened to me 2 months ago i reassembled it and it worked without any the following so issues until week ago like sudden shutdowns and no display when turned on while on power button not turning pc off
My specs are
ryzen 5 5600x
Corsair vengeance rgb 16gb 2x
Gigabyte b550 pro aorus
Crucial 500gb m.2
Coolermaster 650mwe semi modular psu
Gpu is gtx 1050 ti
