Question Black Screen Of Death

So, apparently, I pressed the 'RESET' button next to my Power button while screwing on my case, since my monitor wasn't working- was checking to see if the GPU was connected, and it was (continuing on-). Now my I can't turn off my PC and it's just on a black screen. There is no cursor, and my keyboard isn't (light) showing that it's on. Any solutions would be appreciated, thanks!

Edit: Was just the CMOS battery- had to reset it.

Yeah, actually, I’ve tried doing (list)

1. Unplugging (like you said)
2. Switching on and off the PSU
3. Switching on and off the PSU but leave it off overnight.
4. I’ve tried to hold the power button for 30 secs (and more), but nothing happens.
5. I’ve switched out the HDMI to my laptop to see if the monitor was working, and it is.
