Hey there RbxOBC. It sounds more like an issue with the drive or something else, rather than a virus. I'd recommend that you try the drive with another computer either externally (via a SATA to USB cable) or internally to see if it's recognized and download the manufacturer's diagnostic tool to test the HDD and see what's the situation with it. But before you test it, I'd recommend that you backup any important data you may have.
