I recently upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 2600 to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and am having black screen issues when trying to open any games.
The system starts fine, but when I try to open any game I get a black screen. If I leave the screen for 1-2 minutes it will return to desktop but a couple of times I have had to restart this.
I have updated all drivers, BIOS etc.
I manged to get a slight way around this by maximising my GPU fans and having them at 100% at all times which seems to work for the time being, the only issue being the constant noise.
I believe that the GPU is overheating but am unsure why as the only part I have changed in my PC was the CPU and the cooler.
GPU temp - 60-65
CPU temp - 45-55
