The problem started yesterday when I couldn't turn off my PC in the normal way. I had to turn it off by holding down power button. Today the PC is booting to black screen with blue wheel.
- I disconnected all devices.
- Booted to repair mode, running, bootrec.exe commands and sfc /scannow
- Tried to system restore my from the cloud and locally but failed
- Tried to run startup repair but failed
