Question Black Screen with mouse after updating windows 10

So I turned on my computer today after I updated it to the latest version of windows last night and I got a Riva tuner statistics server error saying something of the following "Direct3D9 components cannot be hooked right now. it is strongly recommended to restart application." after I closed this there was just a black screen with cursor. I looked it up and followed many youtube video guides and could not find a solution to my problem. I restarted my graphics card, reset my bios settings, checked for malware, downgraded to the previous windows version and latest backup version and none of it helped. please let me know what to do so I can fix this issue. Thank you.

Mobo: Rog stix b450-f gaming
PSU: corsair cx 650w
ssd: 500gb crucial p2
In safe mode it works fine thats how im using my pc now

I had problems with my SSD where sometimes when I start up my computer I would get an error saying "please back up your data and replace your hard disk drive." I think that's because I cannot update my SSD on the crucial software because I get an error.
