Black screen with no cursor after I log in?

Since yesterday, after I log in on my computer and enter my password, all there is a black screen and a cursor. nothing else. I tried updating my drivers, explorer.exe, disabling fast startup, and nothings worked. It randomly started happening yesterday, and I dont recall doing something that could potentially cause this beforehand. It does however let me open the ease of acsess center, which I get into the control panel from there and I can actually get onto chrome from there. I tried getting into safe mode with networking and absolutely nothing changed once I was in safemode. still no taskbar or desktop.

Start taskmanager and kill the explorer.exe task and then restart it. Then from device manager, uninstall display drivers and reboot.

Didn't work, when I ended explorer.exe and remade it, it stayed for a second and then ended.

hmm strange. did you install any suspicious software prior to this issue occuring. Also if you have a dedicated GPU, updating or rolling back drivers could solve it. I read a while back some one had issue with AMD software. Worth it to check that out.
