Turned my computer off one day was gone for maybe 10 mins noticed it was in again and turned it off. Since then when turned on I have no display and the processing light on top doesn't come on. I purchased a new CPU thinking I had fried my old one but nothing has changed and I'm starting to think it's my motherboard.

Specs:

Processor: AMD FX 8300
RAM: 24GB
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 480
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
PSU: Corsair CX750F RGB

I'd try and inspect the entire motherboard for any blown/bulging/swollen capacitors. Might want to also try and power the system off of another wall outlet.

RAM: 24GB
That is an odd loadout. Mind sharing what sticks they are? Have you tried working with just one stick of ram?

Solved my issue. I have a bad display port just had to switch it...I feel dumb 😂

Patriot is the brand name of RAM. Yeah the amount was before I knew about dual channels I just never took the other one out.
