I have a quite new Gaming PC with the following components=
ryzen 5 5600x
rtx 3070
ddr4 32gb 3600mhz ram (kingston fury renegade)
b550-plus motherboard

My problem is of resent that when i boot the PC i see black squares on it and graphical bugs
but if i reboot my PC again the problem goes away
I also noticed graphical glitches in game but it also was fixed after rebooting
Usually when i start up my PC everything works OK
so far this has happened now 2 times recently
I am using windows 11 and i have noticed a few other bugs as well as screen "flickering " when using browser
sometimes the desktop freezes a little, which I can notice that the mouse cursor "looses its fps."=lags
Since i do not get this problem when playing games, also games that uses much of the GPU
What might cause these bugs ?
I noticed the black squares and graphical glitches in a game after I reset the BIOS.
then ofc in the BIOS i made the setting to fix the ram mhz to its clock
If the GPU would be failing wouldnt that show in games that is demanding of the GPU?
Might it be some driver, even a bug in Windows 11?
I also remember after I reset the bios and i booted up windows it wanted to install some "AMD" driver or program
but I cancelled it. Might that also be the cause of this?
Also I have fps stutters in some games but also some games work smooth.
Would be glad for help......................

Have you overclocked your GPU in any way?

What nvidia driver are you using? I've searched on the nvidia website for a Windows 11 driver for a 3070 and all I get is a spinning cursor.
497.29
The latest

Its been a few days now since the "black squares" appearing on screen
But since ive also had graphic bugs before in games, and stutters
you may be right that there is a issue with the GPU

I have tested to run MSI Kombustor and found no graphic glitches there
My benchmark results were ok=
MSI-01 (TESS+PBR+DOF)
P1440 3798points
P1080 4615 points

Might it be an issue with the GPU anyway?
also since some games work OK but others less, usually its a matter of microstutters and sometimes stuttering
but no freezing or crashing. No bluescreens either

ADDED: I also tried to overclock my GPU with MSI Afterburner and i have not got any problems with that.
My recent score was 4042 at P1440 and an increased score on 3dmark(demo ) also Unigine valley

Windows 11 is still relatively new, so it's still possible either Win 11 or the Nvidia Win 11 drivers aren't bug free yet. If I were you, I'd Google "497.29 issues" and/or "Windows 11 gaming issues".

Do you have GPU-Z installed? If so, check your VRAM temperatures. I'm pretty sure GPU-Z has that feature.
