Black widow hard drive docking station user guide

I am trying to retrieve files from my old hard drive with the Black Widow Docking station. I get a message that files are corrupt. Is there anything else I can do?

I would try booting a machine to an unbuntu live cd, and then hooking up the docking station to it. I've had better luck with it being able to read damaged hard drives files then Windows. That's assuming you are using Windows currently, which if you aren't I can't think of much else to try.
