Hello, my new CPU won’t boot, or rather I have a black screen when I try to boot

Mobo: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 -> Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: EVGA RTX 3070

I needed to update my Bios to version F60 for it to work, which I did, I updated it to the latest version.

I noticed a few days ago that my pc would turn a bit longer to shut down but idk if that’s related to this.

Any help?

What was the reason for replacing the CPU?

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

RAM: configuration? Was RAM removed when the CPU was replaced? Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific RAM slot.

Any beep codes?

Any diagnostic LEDs?

Will the system boot into Safe Mode?

Are you able to change BIOS boot to verbose mode in order to observe the BIOS Boot process?

Overall, go online and find the applicable User Guide/Manual via Gigabyte's website.

Be careful though: Just because "Gigabyte" or B450M, etc. may appear in any given URL that does not mean that the website is Gigabyte.

There are several "trap" websites that offer to provide manuals but are likely to set off AV and malware warnings. Or create a fake warning to panic visitors into some sort of scam actions thereafter.

I replaced it because I wanted better performance.

PSU: Rhombutech RT 640p 640 Watt, around 4 years old. It was original in the pc. I Upgraded the parts one after another.

Disk drives: Boot drive is one 2TB Kingston M.2 SSD, two HHDs. Idk the names.

Ram wasn’t removed. It’s Corsair Vengeance 2x8 GB ram.

All I changed was the CPU. I bought it used, there were some bent pins but I managed to correct them.

I don’t even get a signal to my monitor. It’s just a black screen.

I also tried resetting the CMOS battery. I removed it for 5 minutes, but nothing will show up.

I bought a new one from Amazon, still no signal. At this point I’ve tried everything. I’m lost. Tried a new monitor as well. I updated the BIOS, the new version F62b was there in CPU-Z.
