Question Blackscreen when putting GPU under load

Hello,

I've got the problem that as soon as I put my GPU under pressure ( for example with OCTT) I get a blackscreen, it also occurs under low load sometimes, although rather rarely.
PC works normal when GPU drivers aren't installed.
Also done all standard procedures like reinstalling Windows, different drivers putting cables in and out and everything on that side looks ok.
I would say that neither CPU, SSD nor RAM are causing the issue. Motherboard seems unlikely to me, I suspect that it's either the GPU or the PSU, is there someway to check that? PSU vs GPU Test on OCTT makes no difference, Blackscreen comes up pretty fast on both. I unfortunately don't have any spare GPU or PSU.
And does anyone what a good GPU upgrade would be in case it is really dead? Or will Sapphire replace it? It's 3 years old like the rest of the system except the mobo and Sapphire's warranty doesn't seem to be defined on their website.

Motherboard: H110M-HDS Asrock
GPU: AMD 390 Sapphire
CPU: I5 - 6500
PSU: Be quiet Straight Power 10 500w
Ram: 2x 8gb Hyperx Fury DDR 4
Samsung Evo SSD

You should ideally have at least 650W at your entire system's disposal when using an R9 390 card. So the issue is for the lack of power to the GPU.
You sure know it lol.
Asked people before I built this PC and they said it's perfectly fine.
PC has been running perfectly for 3 years, solid on all benchmarks. GPU is prob worn or dead. Gonna apply some paste, if that doesn't work it goes into the trash.
