Question Blackscreen when trying to get into fullscreen mode in any games

Hey guys, this started about 3 days ago but I didn't worry much about it but, whenever i start any type of game it would work perfectly and there would be no black screen, but once I tab out once, when I tab back in it would be ok but the moment I move my cursor it blackscreens, I don't know if this is a software problem of some sort, I tried reinstalling drivers and such but nothing seem to fix this issue. Is there any solutions available???? Thx
