Question Blank Blue Screen, no icons, no cursors

I recently cloned my OS from my 2TB HDD to my 1TB M.2 and set the M.2 as my boot drive after that erased everything that was in the HDD at first it started normally so i got to play games and all that but the next day after turning the system on i got the infamous "Blue Screen of death" so i started creating a recovery tool from another computer to a USB drive and used that on my PC (this is my first time doing this so i might have messed up something). I did the Repair your PC thingy, Troubleshoot did the
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /rebuildbcd
On command prompt (learned this in the microsoft site) and turned it off. Turned it back on again and TA-DA i got a Blank pale Blue screen no cursors, no icons to click on, just a blank screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

there is more than 1 BSOD, there are 255+ codes, so its not just the one error. Its many...
