Blank blue screen

After starting up my computer, right before i log into my user/desktop my screen goes blue, just a blank blue screen, after 10-15 seconds it then returns to normal on my desktop as if it never happened, no errors no nothing. I just want to know what is it and how to stop it happening.

I also sometimes get a blank desktop screen, usually after when my computer has been inactive and it doesn't go. I've tried to open task manager but i get an infinite load screen.

Sounds like malware or a bad driver, have you tried booting to safe mode? If not try that and run both a Malware and a virus scan

If that doesn't work maybe the "windows explorer" is giving problems initially.You could try open an elevated (as admin) CMD and use the "sfc /scannow" command to check the system files.
