Skip the cx-m, get a CX650, the cx-m uses a different design then the CX and is actually a slightly inferior unit.

The 1600af is fine enough, but I would highly recommend getting an ssd like a crucial P1.
The gtx 1650 should be swapped out for a gtx 1650 Super, the super is way better and only $10-15 more.

I thought of using SSD but the cost does not seem worth it to me when im paying around double for a terabyte less but everything else seems right on the money thank you

It is absolutely worth it, the speed difference in simply booting and operating windows makes it worth it. Get an ssd to have windows and other programs on as well as using it as a scratch disk when your system runs out of memory rendering in blender.
