I found this guide. Not sure how good it is: https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?76993-Guide-How-to-install-windows-8-8-1-10-The-proper-way-(UEFI-based-installation)

If you're sure you have GPT, then go ahead and disable CSM in your BIOS. That will make sure you're using UEFI.
Many systems do this while they are in between bios and booting windows.

Did you fresh install windows 10 or upgrade an older OS?

If you have your bios in UEFI mode and fast boot you should not see this, but if you upgraded windows 7 to 10 then you woudl need to do a full reinstall to be able to do this.

IF your particular laptop supports UEFI, Disable CSM:

"The Compatibility Support Module (CSM) is a component of the UEFI firmware that provides legacy BIOS compatibility by emulating a BIOS environment, allowing legacy operating systems and some option ROMs that do not support UEFI to still be used."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unified_Extensible_Firmware_Interface

Also, see what's in the secure boot menu. I'd expect your fast-boot option to be in the boot menu, but I didn't see one.

Also, if your laptop DOES support UEFI, in addition to disabling CSM as stated above, make sure you're using GPT instead of MBR.
