Blizzard Goes Full Steam Ahead on Diablo III PvP

People still play D3? I thought it was just a hold over for addicts until GW came out :| who knew? And now Borderlands 2 as well, if D3 survives it will be due to money from WOW being sunk into it IMHO.

I almost logged into D3 last night, when Blizz was not letting me login to WoW. But, in a matter of minutes, WoW was patched, I logged in, and D3 is forgotten once again.

Are people still playing D3? I thought everyone had given up on it. With GW2, Torchlight 2, Borderlands 2 why would I play D3 anymore?

I have to admit, i also agree that D3 sucks in many ways and a big catalyst is indeed the rmah.
However i find myself relogging and playing 2 hours each time and getting some stuff to sell at the rmah or gold ah. And yes i had a small profit on euro considering that i don't buy from rmah but just sell. And i bet it would be more profitable if i played more.
However i play for the fun and finding my self at act 4 inferno now , ending the game sort of, makes me feel kinda sad because i can't progress unless i farm thousands of hours so i can buy items at gold ah or pay extra money to get gear from the rmah.
Till now all my upgrades were max 2million gold cost, next upgrades are at the level of 10 millions and up..the game seems to end for me now, however i play with friends and we are like the old judges at muppet show, whining why in 3 hours of game we had max 1 good drop each perhaps...and that's where the game has issue...

Boy oh boy, PvP in D3...just another thing Blizzard hopes will get you to the RMAH. PvP is about as pointless as the rest of the game. Frankly D3 didn't even hold me over until GW2, not by a long shot.

Good thing I got D3 for free, I got to lvl 30 and realized the story isn't that great. And there is no PvP so there's no point in playing it in my opinion. Sure I can grind, grind, and... grind and try selling things on the RMAH, but can I compete with the asians using bots, neets that spend ALL DAY farming? I have a life, friends, and things that need to be done. GW2, there might be a grind, but it's very well hidden behind the fun. So I'm stuck in GW2 until I'm ready to try something new. And if they make Diablo PvP serious than I'm down. I'm never submitting to grind fest again.
