netio.sys is the windows driver for talking to LAN drivers. so I would suggest updating your Ethernet or Wifi drivers, depending what you use.

I will ask a friend to convert dumps and see if I am wrong.
i did , can you take a look at the dump file please. I may be wrong and thank you

There is a BIOS update available for your system. You have version 1.3 installed and the latest if 4.3. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

it happened again, and i got a picture of it. Can it be memory related? I checked the memory with memtest , found no error. Also running the bios for over a year without any issue

It looks like Zone alarm may be causing problems, but there's also a possibility of a conflict considering that Kaspersky is also present.
could not uninstall zone alarm so i removed it manually, delete it via revo and still it was there, so i delete it from the program files shift+delete. Should i do a fresh install of windows?

We'll need new dump files to see about the new crashes.

You should be very careful with manual removal of security solutions, that can and often will cause more severe problems as they're deeply embedded into a computer.

During the removal of zone alarm, did the process not succeed?

i manually delete it, then it stopped showing up during startup, that is all i can tell
