Blue screen crash with Windows defender offline loop

I was about to tern off my laptop and windows defender came up there was nothing on there so I closed it then it shut down the restarted and then the blue screen crash came up then it went to Windows defender offline then that crashd and restarted it's in a loop and I can't get onto safe mode and F8 and F4 don't work the only thing that put something up is esc but I don't know what to do with That is there a way to fix this?

Sadly Windows Defender has damaged your Windows Partition and won't boot. You'll need to re-install the OS.

This issue is known by Microsoft and they've attempted to patch it in recent releases of the OS, so you'll want to make sure that you're on Version 1607 of Windows.

As this is an ongoing issue and risk of it happening again are very high, you'll want to back up your machine/data frequently and ASAP. If you don't already have a backup tool, one like Rollback Rx or Macrium Reflect will work.
